Starting 20th of February 2021, there has been repeated connection issues in EVE Online primarily felt by players in the United Kingdom in the early hours. It is strongly believed that this issue primarily affects players using BT/Openreach landlines, which is an infrastructure used by providers such as Sky, TalkTalk, and Vodafone. It is unknown whether or not Virgin Media customers are affected due to Virgin using a separate infrastructure. If you have lost a ship due to connection issues, please contact CCP and let them know. You may receive reimbursement.
It is strongly suggested that Cloudflare may be involved in this issue.
